responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor, precum \u0219i a cerin\u021belor corespunz\u0103toare posturilor scoase la concurs se reg\u0103sesc \u00een Anexa 1 la prezentul anun\u021b.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Criterii de evaluare \u0219i probe pentru selec\u021bie:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Prima etap\u0103<\/u> a procesului de evaluare \u0219i selec\u021bie const\u0103 \u00een verificarea dosarelor depuse de candida\u021bi din punct de vedere al eligibilit\u0103\u021bii. Pentru a fi admis \u00een etapa ulterioar\u0103, dosarul candidatului trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 toate documentele solicitate la cap. IV <em>Documente necesare pentru \u00eenscrierea \u00een procesul de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie<\/em> \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 condi\u021biile obligatorii din prezentul anun\u021b, respectiv condi\u021biile generale \u0219i specifice obligatorii impuse prin fi\u0219a postului din Anexa 1 la prezentul anun\u021b.<\/p>\n<p><u>Etapa a doua <\/u>a procesului de evaluare \u0219i selec\u021bie const\u0103 \u00een analiza calitativ\u0103 a CV-urilor \u0219i a celorlalte documente justificative depuse. Punctajul minim pentru a fi admis \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 este de 60 de puncte, punctajul maxim care poate fi ob\u021binut fiind de 100 de puncte. Grilele de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie prezint\u0103 criteriile pe baza c\u0103rora se vor acorda punctajele \u0219i se reg\u0103sesc \u00een Anexa 1 la prezentul anun\u021b.<\/p>\n<p>Punctajul final ob\u021binut \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 va fi media aritmetic\u0103 a punctajelor acordate de membrii comisiei de recrutare \u0219i selec\u021bie, iar candida\u021bii vor fi declara\u021bi admi\u0219i sau respin\u0219i, indic\u00e2ndu-se punctajul final ob\u021binut.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatul evalu\u0103rii dosarelor candida\u021bilor, ulterior parcurgerii etapei 1 \u0219i 2 se public\u0103 prin afi\u0219area la avizier \u0219i pe pagina Spitalului Clinic de Urgen\u021b\u0103 pentru Copii \u201cGrigore Alexandrescu\u201d Bucure\u0219ti \u00a0\u00een termen de maxim 1 zi lucr\u0103toare de la finalizarea etapei a doua.<\/p>\n<p><u>Etapa a treia <\/u>a procesului de evaluare \u0219i selec\u021bie const\u0103 \u00een verificarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i\/ sau a aptitudinilor candida\u021bilor, prin interviu.
